Looking for a clean and affable LGBT+ roommate in an apartment on the second floor of a house. The 2 bedroom + bath apartment is located near Broadview and Danforth ave, a two minute walk to Broadview station.
You’ll be sharing the space with a chill queer freelance illustrator, recently graduated from the Carpentry and Renovation program at George Brown College. The neighborhood is walk-able and convenient. Close to Loblaw’s, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, CIBC, Riverdale Park and Lower Don Trail, bars and restaurants and other amenities.
Access to 8 BROADVIEW Bus, 62 MORTIMER Bus, 87 COSBURN Bus, 100 FLEMINGDON PARK Bus, 504 KING, 505 DUNDAS streetcars and GREEN subway line. On street-parking and Green P lot available.
The Apartment
The apartment is cozy and very bright. Hardwood floors throughout with a fairly sized kitchen, common space and a clean white tile bathroom. No laundry on-site, though a coin laundry is right around the corner (less than a minute walk).
Move-in Date: Mid-July to August 1st 2023

Rent: 1200$/month. Rent includes all the utilities and internet.
The right person for the place will be asked for first and last month rent and confirmation of employment.
